Future Students Info

Thank you for taking the time to consider enrolment at GHPS.

Enrolment applications for students from Kindergarten to Year Six can be made by following the steps below.

1. Complete and return the Application for Enrolment
2. Complete and return the Enrolment Form and Student Health Care Summary
3. Please note that as the enrolment process advances, additional forms may be required

As part of the enrolment process, please ensure that a birth certificate and up to date immunisation record is provided.  These forms and any accompanying documents can be scanned and emailed to glenhuon.ps@education.wa.edu.au or handed directly to our office.
